Other organizations that fight for justice in Palestine and Israel

The US Campaign for Palestinian Rights: a national coalition of hundreds of groups working to advocate for Palestinian rights and a shift in US policy.

Jewish Voice for Peace: (JVP) works for justice, equality, and dignity for all in Israel/Palestine. The best way you can learn more about what’s happening in Gaza and take action is to keep informed.

Friends of Sabeel North America: (FOSNA) a nonprofit, tax-exempt Christian ecumenical organization seeking justice and peace in the Holy Land through nonviolent advocacy and education. Sabeel is an international peace movement initiated by Palestinian Christians, who seek a just peace as defined by international law and existing United Nations resolutions.

If Americans Knew: dedicated to inform and educate the American public on issues of major significance that are unreported, underreported, or misreported in the American media about Israel.

Christ at the Checkpoint: a community of evangelical Christians who believe that following Jesus with integrity means that our lives are formed by our love for God, the teaching of the Bible and a fearless life of discipleship in the complexities of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. We believe that one of the first hallmarks of discipleship is love for both our own community and for our enemies. We wish to find Jesus at the center of everything we do and to make his life our life. Which means finding courageous love for Palestinian Arabs and Israeli Jews alike.

Palestine Legal: an independent organization dedicated to protecting the civil and constitutional rights of people in the US who speak out for Palestinian freedom.

The Jerusalem Fund for Education and Community Development: aims to foster greater awareness about Palestine, in the United States and abroad, and to ameliorate the lives of Palestinians in Palestine and the diaspora. The Fund accomplishes these goals through three programs: the Humanitarian Link raises funds to provide relief, medical services, and community development support; the Palestine Center hosts educational and policy analysis lectures and conferences in the DC area and disseminates information online; and the cultural arm features an active art gallery called Gallery Al-Quds, a film series, and musical and literary offerings.

The Israel/Palestine Mission Network of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.)encourages congregations and presbytery mission committees, task groups and other entities, toward specific mission goals that will create currents of wider and deeper involvement with Israel/Palestine. Though our mandate establishes a Palestine Mission Network to advocate for Palestinian rights, we believe our efforts are in the interests of both Israelis and Palestinians and for this reason, have included both peoples in the name of our network. Additionally, Israel (under 1967 borders) is home to over a million Palestinians who we also advocate for.

United Methodist Kiros Response: (UMKR) encouraging the United Methodist Church to divest its holdings in companies that support and profit from Israel’s occupation and encourage Christians to take decisive action in support of a just peace.
